Refund Policy

Effective 1 September 2026 Last updated 1 September 2026

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable.

You agree to this when you buy. It is stated here, on the checkout, and on the confirmation we email you — three times, before and after, so that nobody meets it for the first time in an argument.

What “final” covers

Once an order is paid, we do not refund it for any of the following. This list is not exhaustive, but it is honest about the cases that come up:

Situation Refunded?
You changed your mindNo
You did not turn upNo
You arrived after your entry window and could not be admittedNo
You bought the wrong night, the wrong window or the wrong number of ticketsNo — but ask us, see below
Rain, heat, or any other weatherNo. The experience is indoors and runs regardless
You left part-way throughNo
You were refused entry, or removed, for breaking the venue rulesNo
You found it too frighteningNo. The site says plainly what this is before you buy
We cancelled the nightYes — in full

If we cancel or move a night

This is the one circumstance in which money comes back, and it is not a concession we grant case by case — it is the rule.

If we cancel a night outright and cannot run it, every ticket for that night is refunded in full, to the card that paid, with nothing for you to submit. We will email you when it is done.

If we move a night to another date or change your entry window materially, your ticket moves with it and stays valid. If the new date does not work for you, tell us and we will either move you to another night this season or refund you in full — your choice.

Refunds go back to the original payment method, because that is the only place a card refund can legally be sent. They usually appear within five to ten business days depending on your bank; that part is not ours to hurry.

What we can do instead

A refund is not the only thing worth asking for, and the answer to most of what people write in about is not "no".

None of these are guarantees. A night that has sold out has nowhere to move you to, and a capacity that is full is full — the numbers on the box office are the real remaining counts, not a marketing device.

Booking fees and taxes

Where a refund is due under this policy, it covers the whole amount you were charged, including any fee and any tax on it. We do not keep a processing fee out of a refund we owe you.

Before you dispute a charge

If you do not recognise a charge, or you think something has gone wrong, write to us first. A card dispute takes weeks, it freezes the order while it runs, and in almost every case the thing you wanted was something we could have done the same day.

Charges from this site appear on a statement as {{STATEMENT_DESCRIPTOR}}. Have your order reference to hand — it is on your confirmation email and on your pass.

Filing a chargeback for a ticket that was issued and valid, on grounds covered by the table above, does not create a right to a refund that this policy does not give you. We answer disputes with the order record, the pass we issued and this page.

What this policy does not override

Nothing here removes a right you have under Florida or United States consumer law, and nothing here is intended to. Where the law gives you something this policy does not, the law wins.
